The Lead Coordinator is responsible for getting all buy/rent/sell leads responded to as quickly as possible. I gather all the pertinent information from the lead and assist them until the agent takes over. Leads are added to the appropriate data bases and all data bases are kept current daily. The lead co-ordinator also works to generate leads particularly by using Social Networking tools such as Twitter and Facebook.
As Listing Coordinator, I make initial contact with the seller to acquire the data needed to put together a listing presentation packet for the agent. Once the marketing agreement is signed, I put together the MLS draft, arrange for photographs to be taken and sign delivery. A LIVE listing requires set up of reports for the client, constant editing of internet sites where the property is shown, and follow-up for feedback on showings. All updates, changes and appropriate documentation for such are the responsibility of the Listing Coordinator.
