As Office Manager I am responsible for all scheduling, payroll, and office expenses. I oversee all projects to ensure we are completed by projected dates. I conduct monthly staff meetings and keep up our Employee Handbook to maximize productivity in our office.
In my Accounting Manager position I am responsible for the daily accounting of all our companies, Real Estate, Construction and Property Management. I produce all monthly Profit & Loss Statements for all companies and track all jobs for the Construction Company. This includes keeping to all regulations and standards in the business.
